WARRANTY AND RETURN OF GOODS

PURCHASE RETURNS

Purchased goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after purchase. This right is guaranteed by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

 
REQUIRED CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

The product can be exchanged or returned within 14 days if:

- the product has not been used and has no signs of use (scratches, abrasions, mechanical damage, etc.);

- complete set and the integrity of the packaging is not compromised;

- labels and tags are saved;

- availability of a sales receipt confirming the purchase.

When returning goods, you must have your passport with you.

 
HOW TO RETURN A GOODS

You can return the goods using the delivery service - Nova Poshta. When returning goods through delivery services, transport costs are paid by the client.

The form of refund is determined by the client - to a bank card.

GUARANTEE PERIOD

All products in our store are guaranteed for a period from 2 weeks to 60 months, depending on the manufacturer.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

Warranty obligations do not apply to:

- natural wear and tear or resource exhaustion;

- accidental damage caused by the client or damage resulting from negligence or use (exposure to liquids, dust, etc.);

- damage as a result of natural disasters (natural phenomena);

- damage caused by using the product for other purposes or in violation of operating rules;

- for consumables, technical fluids, as well as parts, the replacement of which is provided for during regular maintenance of motorcycles/vehicles.
